Biography

Wendy Sibrian was born in West Hills, California. She moved to Idaho at the age of 5. Wendy’s family is originally from El Salvador, her goal to become an attorney began at a very early age. She admired the ability to advocate for people in need. Wendy’s passion for criminal defense grew as she completed a semester in practice at the Canyon County Public Defender’s Office and while working as a licensed legal intern for McKinnie Law Office, whereby she made many court appearances, assisted in Jury Trials, and worked with a diverse clientele. Soon thereafter, Wendy graduated from law school and continued working at McKinnie Law Office where she handled a wide variety of cases ranging from traffic tickets, DWP, DUI, Resist and Obstruct, Domestic Battery, Drug Possession, Sex Cases, and Juvenile matters. Additionally, at McKinnie Law Office, Wendy became experienced in Federal proceedings, family law, auto injury claims, and personal injury cases. In 2026, Wendy decided to begin her journey as a sole practitioner and established her own office. Outside of the office, Wendy enjoys spending time with her family, friends and dog named Coco Chanel.
