This secure online payment portal is provided by Sibrian Law Office for the convenience of current clients and other individuals who have been authorized to submit a payment. By using this payment portal, you acknowledge and agree that submitting a payment does not create an attorney-client relationship, establish legal representation, or obligate Sibrian Law Office to accept or continue representation. An attorney-client relationship is established only through a written representation agreement signed by both the client and Sibrian Law Office.
Please enter the client’s full name, case number, invoice number, or other requested identifying information to help ensure that the payment is applied to the correct account. You are responsible for confirming that all payment information is complete and accurate. Sibrian Law Office is not responsible for delays or errors caused by incorrect, incomplete, or missing information.
Submitting a payment does not guarantee acceptance of a case, continued representation, a particular legal result, or the completion of any legal service. A payment also does not extend or satisfy any court deadline, filing deadline, hearing date, statute of limitations, payment deadline, or other legal obligation unless Sibrian Law Office provides written confirmation. If you have an urgent legal matter or approaching deadline, contact the office directly.
Payments are processed through an independent third-party payment provider. Sibrian Law Office does not directly store complete credit card, debit card, or digital-wallet information submitted through the payment processor. Use of this portal may also be subject to the payment provider’s separate terms, privacy policy, processing procedures, and security practices.
Payments will be applied in accordance with the applicable invoice, written fee agreement, payment plan, and Idaho law. Advance fees, retainers, earned fees, costs, reimbursements, and outstanding balances may be handled differently depending on the terms of the representation agreement and the nature of the payment. A payment confirmation from the payment processor confirms only that the transaction was submitted or processed; it does not necessarily confirm how the payment was credited to the client’s account.
Refund requests, duplicate payments, disputed charges, declined transactions, chargebacks, and payment corrections will be reviewed according to the applicable representation agreement, office policies, payment-processor rules, and governing law. Do not initiate a chargeback without first contacting Sibrian Law Office to attempt to resolve the issue. Processing fees, if any, will be disclosed before the transaction is completed or handled as permitted by the applicable agreement and law.
Only submit a payment if you are authorized to use the selected payment method. If you are paying on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have permission to make the payment and understand that doing so does not make you a client, give you access to confidential information, or grant you authority over the client’s case.
Do not include confidential legal details, sensitive evidence, Social Security numbers, complete financial-account numbers, or other unnecessary private information in the payment-description field. Contact the office through an approved confidential communication method if additional information is required.
